Post-Workshop Coaching & Mentoring

For many of our workshops we suggest:

  • Post workshop coaching & mentoring, either individually or in small groups
  • Involvement of line management to transfer on-going skills development mentoring back to your management
  • Half Day reunion, to discuss level of behaviour change to date, and prompt further change in future (typically 4 - 8 weeks after the workshop), and
  • One day refresher event (6 - 12 months after the workshop) to help lock-in the behavioural change sought. See Consulting/Engagement Skills One Day Refresher
