The JHW Style Quadrant Analysis Tool can be used to assist you in understanding your preferred behavioral mode as well as the preferred behavioral mode of people with whom you interact.

There are two options:

1. We can assess ourselves, or other people, by using the “Snap-Shot” tool, and
2. We can gain insight on how our actions and behaviors are perceived by colleagues by having them complete an assessment on us.

Choose what you would like to do:

To use the 'Snap-Shot' tool, you do not have to set up an account, but simply click on the 'Snap-shot tool' option.

To have others 'observe' us, and so give us insight on how we are perceived, you need to establish an account.

• If you have already done this, please log in with the full email address that you used in setting up the account followed, by the password.
• To establish an account, simply click on the 'Create a new Account' option and enter your details in the 'Create an Account' page.
