Ros is a business executive with over 25 years specialising in the Learning & Development and Human Resources arena and currently Managing Director of C-Change Potential Pty Ltd. She has proven expertise and experience in assisting organisations to plan and implement their business direction, leadership development, mapping vision and values and formulating strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Clients include Financial Services Organisations, Government, Professional Services, Telcos, Tourism, IT, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Strata Services, Engineering, Freight Services, Sales and Manufacturing. Facilitated numerous workshops with assignments in the USA, Singapore, China, Africa, India, the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Previously lectured at NSW TAFE delivering Behavioural Based Recruitment and Selection programs.
