Ralph Muir-Morris, Lead Facilitator

Ralph started working with JHW Pty Ltd in 2007 after a mutual friend introduced him to John. Ralph had been involved in Learning and Development as a Human Resources Development Manager and then Consultant. Ralph holds a "Master of Business in Leadership and Organisation Dynamics". Prior to this Ralph had a successful career in Sales and Marketing Management. During his career Ralph has been involved in Medical Software sales and still consults in this area.

Ralph brings a wealth of experience from a range of Industries. He has spent a lot of his career turning good theory into practical application. During the workshops Ralph helps participants find ways of being more effective in their everyday lives.

Ralph has been married for almost 20 years to Maree and they have twin teenage daughters who keep them busy. Ralph is a keen tennis player and general fitness guy. He has a wide taste in Music and an interest in technology (recent Apple convert). He is a Toastmaster of long standing and, a somewhat passionate Geelong supporter.
