Post-Workshop Coaching & Mentoring
For many of our workshops we suggest:
- Post workshop coaching & mentoring, either individually or in small groups,
- Involvement of line management to transfer on-going skills development mentoring back to your management
- Half Day reunion, to discuss level of behaviour change to date, and prompt further change in future (typically 4 - 8 weeks after the workshop), and
- One day refresher event (6 - 12 months after the workshop) to help lock-in the behavioural change sought. See Consulting/Engagement Skills One Day Refresher
For most 3 day programs the half day reunion is complimentary, based in either Melbourne or Auckland, or when we are next visiting any other city. Should we be required to make a special trip to any other city for the half day reunion the client will be charged for cost of travel/accommodation and a travel allowance for trips of over 5 hours.
