Effectiveness, not just efficiency
Since its inception in early 2003 JHW has established a solid reputation for delivering high quality, high value, and enjoyable events for its clients. While the corporate world has been pre-occupied with efficiency over the last 20+ years, JHW puts greater emphasis on effectiveness. It doesn’t matter how cheaply you do it if it is ineffective. We believe that in order to be truly effective, you need to build strong engagement with your stakeholders. Most of JHW’s events, are aimed at doing this. We are convinced that there is a compelling return on investment for most organisations (see RoI on Training). Change of Behaviour
Unless your staff change they way they conduct themselves in their jobs, no amount of theoretical training is going to provide a return on investment. JHW utilise an effective methodology to ensure behavioural change.
Solutions
JHW does not deliver "canned" training courses. We are keen to provide our clients with solutions to business requirements. We bring a base of proven material delivered by experienced facilitators, with an ability to grab the attention of an audience, and hold it. Prior to a workshop, we spend time with stakeholders to understand the outcomes they are seeking to achieve, and the constraints within which they are working. We then jointly put together a solution, often involving the input of the stakeholders and participants. For most events, we try to arrange face to face workshop briefing sessions (usually over coffee). This is designed to get to know one another, to set expectations, and to start to understand the aspirations of participants. We find workshops are far more productive as result.
